This is a super easy appetizer, good for a summer party. Can be doubled or tripled easily.

2 cans Organic Black beans, drained and rinsed with fresh water in a colander

1 large can diced mild green chili; or make fresh with pasilla chilis, blister skin, and dice
•
3 tbs fresh lime juice
•
2 small cloves garlic
•
1tsp ground cumin
•
1/2 cup Guajillo Salsa (see recipe in these notes)•
•
Chopped cilantro
Place all ingredients in food processor except diced chili and cilantro. Puree until smooth. When done stir in diced chilis and cilantro.
